Feeling ill? What would your mums say?

7th January 2014

Local students and NHS staff have launched their own YouTube video to help signpost young people to the right health service.

In the last 12 months one in five 18 to 24 year olds from Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who went to A&E didn’t need significant treatment. This cost the local NHS more than £640,000.

They hope that the video, which is called “What would your mums say?” will be shared by thousands of people on YouTube, the internet video-sharing website.
