Ray Harding is a Chartered Accountant and has many years management experience in the commercial and higher education sectors both in the UK and overseas. Born at Park Hospital, Davyhulme, where the NHS was announced by Nye Bevan, Ray grew up in Cheshire, before studying mathematics at University College London. He is keen to provide a separate perspective on the affairs of the CCG, particularly regarding finance and performance, and playing a supportive role in the team. He is also a non-Executive Director of a Housing Association. Ray has two grown-up sons and he and his wife have settled in the East Midlands, pursuing interests in rugby, history and music.
